Data we collect
- Contact form and email: name, email address, store location or district, preferred visit window, selected audit type, and message content.
- Engagement records: store contacts, visit attendance notes, and billing contacts needed to perform and invoice a financial check.
- Technical data: limited server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) and cookie data as described in our Cookies policy.
We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website. We do not seek special-category data for ordinary booking enquiries.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling visits (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract).
- Performing contracted retail financial checks and delivering reports (contract).
- Issuing invoices and keeping accounting records (legal obligation / legitimate interests).
- Improving site reliability using aggregated analytics where consented (consent).
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booked visit are retained up to 24 months. Engagement files, reports, and invoices are retained for up to 7 years to meet accounting and dispute needs, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
Sharing
We share personal data with service providers who host email or site infrastructure, and with professional advisers when required. We do not sell personal data. Store reports are delivered to the contacts you nominate; you control onward sharing inside your organisation.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Hong Kong. If a provider stores data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate to the destination to protect the data, including contractual safeguards where applicable.
Your rights
Subject to Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and you may ask us to erase data that is no longer needed for the purposes above. Children
This site and our services are directed to business clients. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting changes on this page with a revised effective context. Material changes to engagement data handling will also be noted in confirmation emails where practical.
